The Gulgong Scarecrow Stroll is now in its third year. Our creative community (including our school and pre-school students) build scarecrows and they are then showcased along the footpath from Gulgong RSL Club, along Herbert Street leading to the Gulgong Memorial Hall where the Gulgong Art Bazaar will be happening. Scarecrows of every shape, colour and theme. Three categories will be judged for prizes, traditional, humorous and recycled. The Gulgong Scarecrow Stroll is free and will be ready to view from 9.30 Saturday all day and Sunday all day up to 4pm.
Don’t forget to pop into the Gulgong Art Bazaar at the end of the Scarecrow Stroll and check out this historical town’s community creativity. You may even see something you would like to purchase. Open from 10am – 4pm both Saturday & Sunday. Entry by donation. COVID health regulations apply.
