Mindfulness at work
It’s important to stop. Take a minute and breathe. Especially now when so much information is being thrown at us from so many different places. The BEC has decided to take a moment away from adding to information overload and will be running a beautiful mindfulness session. We invite you to grab your morning cuppa and join us for a mindful morning tea with Yoga instructor Bec Layton.
This session will go for 45 minutes and include a beautiful guided meditation and breathwork, plus you will learn some simple techniques to create calm in a hectic day.
