Are you so bogged down in the day-to-day of your business operations, that you can’t see the forest for the trees?

This online workshop will give you the time and space to do some planning for the future… Where do you want to go, and how are you going to get there? In this workshop, the second in the you will identify the activities you need to be doing to get your business from where it is now to where you want it to be… And, you will take away your one-page business plan.

You will learn:
• The importance of having a direction and a plan for your business
• Techniques to develop simple and effective business strategies
• Customer-focussed marketing tools

At the completion of the session you will leave with:
• Your 1-page Business Plan
• A knowledge of the areas you need to strengthen in your business
• An understanding of key Marketing activities you can action to improve your business

This is an online ZOOM event suitable for local businesses in NSW, and has a capacity to host up to 50 people. Available resources and recording link will be provided.

About the presenter: Jacquie Tewes
Jacquie Tewes is a specialist NDIS Business Advisor for the Healthcare and Social Services sector. She has experience as a Program Manager for the Red Cross and Communities at Work, providing services into the Aged and Disability sector. As an adult educator, she has also delivered a range of training and consulting services into the TAFE and private sectors. She has achieved many awards for her excellent results. As a business owner, she understands what’s needed to be successful. Jacquie can help you to understand the NDIS and how it relates to business, assistance to set up your business, create business and marketing plans, develop your NDIS services, pricing, NDIS Registration, HR, client attraction and back-office management. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Arts (Management), Diplomas in HR, Business Administration and Small Business Management.
